Report an outage

BELD staff works hard to prevent customer outages. Because our electric and broadband services are monitored around the clock, we're usually made aware of interruptions—before you are—and are already working to restore service. But if you'd like to report an issue with any of your BELD services, please call us at 781.348.BELD (2353) or fill out the form below. In case of an emergency (life-threatening situation, downed line, or imminent danger) please call 911.

Text us 781.348.6440New SMS texting option 
We are testing our new SMS messaging service, which gives you another option to contact us. If you want to text an outage report please text your message to 781.348.6440 (message and data rates may apply) with all the necessary information: Name, address, outage information. Please be aware that our SMS messaging service is in beta testing and only monitored between the hours of 8-4 Monday—Friday. If you get any errors or have any problems when texting us, please call us 781.348.BELD (2353) to report your outage and please let us know that you had a problem with the texting service. As always in case of an emergency (life-threatening situation, downed line, or imminent danger) please call 911.

We are working on an app for you to instantly send us text messages from the app. But for now just TEXT your outage report to 781.348.6440. Message and data rates may apply.
