This revamped online payment system will allow you to pay your BELD electric and broadband bills even faster, easier and more securely. As a registered account user, you’ll be able to see your payment history and past billing statements. You’ll even be able to view and pay multiple accounts at once, and sign up for paperless billing and/or auto-pay so your payments will be handled automatically going forward. What a timesaver!
Because this is a major revamp of our existing system, users who had previously registered with us for online bill presentment will need to re-register, just go to our “Online BillPay” page. This should only take a few moments of your time, but it will give you access to all the features now available. Dont forget you will need your account number(s) in order to sign up.
With the launch of this new account management system (and for your security) our customer service representatives are no longer able to accept credit card payments in our office or over the phone. You can still pay by check or credit card by calling our automated line at 781.348.1001 or 844.759.9545. In addition, we’ve installed a BELD bill paystation kiosk in our lobby for your convenience.
